After you place your order with us, we will send you an order confirmation. The delivery time frame will be specified on our product page and can be referred to at anytime. If at any time we expect the delivery window to take longer we will be in contact with you to confirm you are happy with the time frame. While we endeavour to deliver within the estimated time frame. We can not be held liable for delayed delivery caused by circumstances outside of our control.
We use two main couriers for the delivery of our items, depending on the size and nature of our products. Most items such as our garden planters will be delivered via DPD, and larger items such as wheelie bin stores will be delivered via our national pallet network.
DPD Delivery
We offer delivery to your front door with DPD. DPD will contact you with a delivery window before they attempt to deliver it. You should be able to select a safe location if you are not in to arrange delivery.
National Pallet Network Delivery
We offer curbside deliveries only due to the nature of the product. Please also be aware that most products will be delivered flat packed on a pallet. For some items, you will be contacted to see if you would prefer your delivery to be assembled. Please be aware that if there are obstructions between the curbside and the location you want the item, we advise a flat-packed delivery. The driver is not responsible for removing the pallet however some drivers may take the pallet away if asked nicely. Please advise us in advance of any obstructions, security gates or predicted drop off problems.
We will wherever possible, book a date with you that is suitable, however, we are not able to provide exact times within that date, until the day of delivery. At this time we may be able to ask our couriers for a time frame. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any delayed delivery caused by circumstances outside of our control. This includes any incorrect information passed to us from any third party organisations.
Available Times
Our free delivery covers working days, Monday to Friday (excluding any bank holidays) and can be between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 am. Weekend and evening deliveries may be available at an additional charge. It covers areas within 15 miles of Tewkesbury.
If in the case that our couriers are unable to deliver the item successfully, we may have to apply redelivery charges to your order. We will keep any additional charges to a minimum and will only pass on charges applied to us.
Delivery Locations
We offer delivery as standard with all of our products. This is only to the mainland UK and excludes;
- Scotland,
- All Scottish highlands and islands,
- Northern Ireland,
- ROI,
- Channel Islands,
- Isle of Man,
- Isle of Wight.
If you require delivery to these areas please request a quote for additional shipping. We will confirm any delivery issues and restrictions. We are unfortunately unable to ship globally at this moment.
